What is a Refractor Telescope?
Refractors are the most straightforward type of telescope, using glass lenses to magnify and focus incoming light. As one of the three main types of telescopes—alongside Reflector Telescopes and Catadioptric Telescopes—refractors were the first to be invented, dating back to 1608.

How Do Refractor Telescopes Work?
Refractor telescopes operate by using glass lenses to bend light and bring it into focus. This bending of light, known as refraction, is the basis for their name. Light enters through the front lens, travels through the telescope tube, and then exits through the rear lens to an eyepiece or camera. There are no products to list in this category.
